Why is my password not recognized?
Passwords are now case-sensitive. We recommend that you reset your password and store in a safe location. You can find the “Password Reset” link in the left navigation panel under the login and register buttons.

Why is the website not displaying correctly?
Edu.recommend requires a modern browser capable of displaying HTML5 (make sure you have the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer).

How do I get started on becoming a certified specialist?
The first step is to register and complete your profile information. Once registered, you can participate in one or all of the available specialist programs. Select a course, click start course, read the available course lessons and complete the exam. Once you pass, your certificate will be ready for download.

What is the Booking Monitor (ATM)?
Booking Monitor (ATM) is our recording module for tracking your bookings related to the specific education course sponsor. Using the Booking Monitor to track your bookings automatically enters you to win FAM trips, agent discounts and other special offers exclusive to EDU users!

Where are my bookings?
If you’ve entered your bookings in a previous session, you can view them (or add more) by accessing the Booking Monitor's link in the left navigation panel menu.

Why won't the Booking Monitor record my booking dates?
Dates cannot be entered manually, please select dates utilizing the calendar icon next to the required date field. Click on the calendar title bar to display different month and year options.
